  Terrible! The assistant had no idea why I was there, even though I specifically made an appointment to have my son allergy tested. I was quite specific when making the appointment. The assistant then, in front of my 5 year old, said they only way they can test him is to draw blood or to jab him with this enormous needle 60 times! Excuse me? Barbaric much? My son began to cry and become inconsolable. I grabbed my things and prepared to leave. The doctor came in and assured me there was another way. I agreed to do it that way. Once it was over, the doctor came in to record the results. Her incompetent assistant messed up the paper and the results as I was standing there in front of them. The confused doctor began to make up results. My son was traumatized and his results were altered. Bedside manner was atrocious. Everyone in that office is clueless. And now, they are trying to say I owe them money for services that were never rendered! My insurance covers this type of visit 100%. They are trying to get more money which they clearly need since all of their equipment is incredibly outdated and they are in an old nasty building. DO NOT GO HERE! They are seriously awful. Find somewhere else to go. Even if it means driving 30-45 minutes out of your way. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You have been warned!

  Allow me to say the two visits I had back in 2014 was knowledgeable and went just fine. I was recently referred back and was very eager to get some issues dealt with. My problem is with their billing and office staff. I have a bill that stems from 2014. I informed them back at that time they were billing the wrong part of medicare andwhich part needed to be billed according to medicare personnel. Then I found that they were trying to bill tricare ... I dont even have tricare because I was medically discharged from the military and not retired. Told them once again which part of medicare to bill. Never received anything else so ... when I went to make my appointment recently i was told i have an outstanding balance and couldnt be seen until it was paid. They never billed the correct part of medicare!!! Wth? Have tried to talk to billing ... Scott has yet to return my umpteenth million phone call and the front office staff wont allow me to speak to anyone else. EVERYONE WORKS FOR SOMEONE!!! I'm so done with this and now they just need to eat the bill ... too much time has passed to bill the CORRECT portion of medicare. Im being punished for their incompetence!!! Dumb, just dumb. Anyway ... BEWARE!!! Dctors were great, they lost that portionn of their pay, staff ... get a grip and learn how to do your friggin job!

  I've been with this office since my 12yr old son was approx 6yrs old and unfortunately due to current incompetent practices I have to find another doctor to keep his lungs functioning. Short story: after carefully choosing a plan on the health market that had all my son's doctors and going to several appts in 2016, I get hit with $1,200 bill and the office stating that my insurance didn't pay when the letter I have states they paid on one office visit. Shady billing/checking eligibility practices like I've never seen until recently.
