  I was admitted to ER. While laid out with wires and tubes attached, a member of staff came with a card machine and asked for my credit card for the $500 Co pay. Totally uncaring and unprofessional. Typical American Healthcare though. Glad I'm back in the UK now. How Americans put up with such Healthcare in what many believe to be the greatest nation beats me.

  I feel that one star is even too good of a rating for this place. I was in the hospital for 7 hours .my nurse never even brought me a cup of ice I asked for she told me I'm not the only patient she has. She withheld my medicine for me that the doctor ordered because the doctor yelled at her for my IV bags not being secured properly. And then try to blame me for it. I had to ask security guards for ice and other nurses. I was severely dehydrated and had a fever of 104.

  Went there for high blood pressure. Left with Viral Gastroenteritis. This place is truely filthy and disgusting. The restrooms were clearly not maintained and the waiting areas were dirty. The rooms were not much better. With a exception of two staff members out of about a dozen, they do not have any concept of bed side manner. Unless you feel like you are just not sick enough, go somewhere else. I've seen finer hospitals in third world countries during the 80s.
