- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Rodriguez was great with my daughter. However I have several problems with some of his staff. Very rude,disrespectful and unprofessional. The lady at the front desk (I will not mention names) seems to have an attitude every time we go in. Took them a week to send a referral for my daughters MRI even with me calling every day. After they received the results it was like they never wanted to give them up. I called multiple times and was promised to have them by the end of day. I finally had enough and made a visit and demanded a copy. We recently switched from Community First Medicaid to Superior and was told by Medicaid they would continue to pay for our visits up until May of 2017. Well apparently this isn't allowed in the office and jnstead of them calling the day before to let me know they waited for us to show up to deny service. I will be reporting the office to the State and Medicaid as well. As stated below I guess if you have Medicaid they treat your a lot different.
