- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Nguyen and her staff are the best! If you're willing to be accountable to yourself for your role in your own health (healthy diet and exercise), Dr. Nguyen will patiently see you through life modifications that are in your best interest. She genuinely cares and I love her for it. "Improvement" does not come without "change". If you want better health and the benefits of improved quality of life, it requires change. Whole foods are better than processed foods; Anxiety and Insomnia are routinely manifestations of junk diets; Sugar is present in darn near everything purchased at the grocery store and it's making America fat and sick! Thanks Dr. Nguyen for changing my life to a healthy style! I've lost over 50 pounds by adjusting my diet and getting off my fat a$$ to walk routinely. Life is much better!July 23, 2017by TKP
